Yeah I was just thinking the same haha..
I assume the guy has failed and is now selling the last thing that he has, his black Lexus, to get some money (or something like that..haha).

no.. A guy who has been on the run for 1 week so for is on a killing spree.. Shot his ex gf.. Her fella and a police officer... He now wants to shoot all the police... He had a black lexus which he abandanded as part of his escape...
