This really pisses me off & i've been seeing it happen more & more lately. It's people downloading tape pack links from sites on the www. Burning those sets to DVD or CD & selling them on ebay. If you flick through ebay you'll find loads of people doing it.

people do it with bonkers albums (or try to) just report them :)
they seem to think that writing "ATTENTION EBAY - NON OV DEES SONGS INFRINGE ON ANY COPYWRITE" makes it legal.
but yeah if you want to piss them off .. log in, report the ones that are pulling a fast one. the more people complain the more ebay take notice.

Good idea mate. I never thought about reporting them. I've messaged several sellers to find out where they got the recordings from just to see what their replies were. Most never replied to my question.

meh, live sets are probably more of a grey area than selling DVD copys of Bonkers or hardcore/dance mp3 singles which some users try.

Live set's are illegally sold to begin with anyway so the people reselling them aren't really doing any worse.

Technically it is yeah but no one cares to the point that it effectively is legal.
