I love hardcore. If I had to listen to only one genre for the rest of my life it'd be hardcore. What I think is odd is the fact that everyone who I know enjoys this genre lives in excess of 1000 miles away... C'mon kids, show me some love! Where's the hardcore in the Midwest?

what city are you in? bc i know of hardcore revolution tribe (krupt, spyder aka rellik, podan, punk josh) and a couple of them play gabber hardcore, but not happy. they're in menashi (i think i spelled that wrong). i'll find out if there are any local "happy" hardcore djs

i used to live in peoria, IL....i know one person there who listens to hardcore, back in the UK now though :P

Maybe not thousands, lol. But there is definitely hardcore events all throughout the Midwest. Depends on where he lives though.

indeed, there is no "scene" in the peoria/tazewell counties :P
i miss it like a lost limb, left a big part of me back there :(
