As you know I have given up on the drugs. I have also given up on smoking (Nicotine chewgum is helping me) & I take Creatine twice everyday & do work out such as pushups, sit ups, using weights & an exersise machine. I also walk alot.
The only things im not giving up on is myself, drink & Hardcore.
Who else does workout?

You don't need creatine to build muscle. What you need is a good exercise regime (which it doesnt look like you do) and a good balanced, healthy diet. You should sort these two things out well before even thinking of taking supplements. You can get all the calories and necessary protein from a good healthy diet. Creatine and the like are just tools for companies like maximuscle to get money out of you.
Join a gym, look into bodybuilding forums (mens health magazines forum is wicked) for tips and cut down on the drink too much will hinder muscle recuperation and, therefore, growth.
Push-ups and sit-ups are pretty useless on their own. If you are just starting out you want to be doing full body workouts, leaving at least 48 hours between workouts (so every other day) and alternating between exercises to be honest I cant be bothered mapping out a workout regime for you i have to go to work.

the above statement is absolute bollox you can get protein out of the likes of fish & chicken but you would need to eat a lot of it... creatine out of stuff like steak.. now taking the supplement powders/tablets increases the intake obvioulsy.. smoogie.. why the hell are you wasting your money taking these if you arnt actually doing a proper routine?

No Meathead is completely right. Supplements are just that, they are there to supplement an already good diet but are not much good if it's not there to begin with. As for creatine take 5 grams a day ONCE, no more. Personally i have found creatine to make very little difference but that's just me. At best it will help you lift a bit more, it takes few weeks to have an effect also. Correct nutrition though is far more effective than any supplement ever will be.
