I think music holds a mood within that influences you. But on the other hand, most of the tunes we really love are connected with stuff that happend while listening to them (for the first time). For example I loaded the X-Treme Hardcore 5 tunes into the radio station while playing GTA IV. And now, whenever I hear this tunes I instantly think of some things I had done in the game, and that makes me feel better. ;)

it does for me! im looking forward to a day i have a house i can play music LOUD without thinking about neighbours.
