as I've mentioned this already, its safe to say DBD and Slipmatt have done this album just like last years 100% hardcore CD they did for decadance, and the qaulity of it will be nothing like the shite apace release!

"The Sound Of Hardcore *some random year - to make this look like a brand new ongoing Hardcore series, but typically, we wont, just like how Hardcore Nation did*"

bought mine off play - it arrived today!

they're all 'radio edits' around 3.30min on average :) all been tastefully edited though i would say!

skipping though

CD1 is your usual UK hardcore stuff..

CD2 is a little more mature than cd1, Audio Warfare's track really stands out from the others (in a good way!) i prefer the second half to the first though (after the breakdown!)

CD3 is my favorite, i think, though there are only a couple of stand out songs over the 3 CDs for me...that little miss detonate track "sweet dude" is just silly....which is awesome. and most songs that are hardcore and silly..are usually shit, but this one found some happy medium..even though its still you're bog standerd UK hardcore track (for those not heard it, its a hardcore remix of Flight Of The Bumblebee lol)

favorite song on the entire album was/is Scott Bounce - This Is The Way
though it needs to be a bit darker...but still, favorite track on the album, there you go!

looks like its gone back up in price, but still quite a catch at 4.99

I liked decadance cds they were good and pretty cheap, just a pity they stopped doing the hardcore series, ultimate hardcore, ultimate happy hardcore series e.t.c

Last CD they did was Ultimate Hardcore which released two years ago isnt it ?

No the 1 i'm on about was released in 2002 was a 6 cd boxset with sy & unknown mixing 3 cds b2b and the other 3 were unmixed

Thats what i mean decadance had good releases in 2002,2003 and 2004 bringing out cds with sy,unknown, dougal and vibes mixing them by the way would love to see vibes back on a comp again!

I have that album! I got if off ebay a year ago for 10 bucks or somthing (Canadian of course :P)
only 10 songs per disc, but it's pretty awesome

What do you have to do to be a verified artist, then?

email silver, if you pass the test, then you get a medal!

used to be very simple when it was vinyl, but its all moved on now
the artist medals seemed to stop being given out when the digital age really kicked off, as the line between a "real" release and a mp3 being flogged on a site like TID or imodownload became blurred, and anybody is able to "release" their own stuff or start their own "label"

perhaps its a thing of the past now...i mean if its just left to anyone who has made a track, everyone might as well have one lol

I think you get the medal after having a track on a real CD (the type of CD you can buy at a shop)
