If u google him ull c he has the plenty of accounts. He also sends emails that never go 2 my spam folder, but all of the links lead 2 the same site (http://fburls.com/32-04zEi3ZT/t/cid/668101/sid/142406476) which looks suspicious.
Is he a spammer who I should block? Or should I talk 2 him cuz he could help promoting me?

well let's see....
a twitter acct with a blk woman who calls itself msprdiva, who seems to promote a bunch of blk hair products.
u can turn on spam filters all you want, spam will still make it to ur inbox. best advice is if u don't recognize the email or name of the sender, or has a weirdass subject that has nothing to do with you, then best to delete it.

All spam filters are on but never worked on him.
So, should I block his email? Sounds like a best idea 2 me =)

if it keeps sending you emails like that then yea block it. i still get spam in my inbox even when spam filters are on. and sometimes real mail gets sent to my junk folder.

my spams r mostly about:
WoW password resets, password changes, account settings changes...
Various Google money awards and giveaways
Money-transfer 2 my account
that damn LOBO
