depends what you use as most mags are very sequencer orientated.
if you use fruity you're f%$%ed

These kinds of magazines are very expensive, so you need to get the one that suits you best.
I've not used Computer Music, but from what I've seen it looks like a continuing magazine containing various little elements of production.
I've got both the mastering guides from MusicTech Focus, and I find them quite helpful. They contain overviews of hardware, software, tips, and a load of guides on a CD for 8.99. The help can be quite broad though, and since different genres are so broad, theres no specific instructions on how to master, moreso what each tool or function is and the result it can give.
MusicTech also do sequencer specific magazine, eg Cubase & Ableton
