Yeah there is some from time to time, certainly not a long way to travel to them either way. A fair few on the very south cost.

I know people frm Pompy who have attened raves there in the past. I can imagine it would have a number of local but maybe small events and a small helping of 'bigger' events a few times a year.
Hixxy is from Portsmouth yet weather he lives there now I would know lol

A lot of producers are from down that direction. Sy, Brisk etc...

yes there are!!
this saturday is a new regular event called Exile, doing its second event, last one was sick.

other events are contact (hardcore and hardstyle), underworld, hardcore diversity
all reasonably regular
and southampton is only 20 mins by car and 40 mins by train.
coming up youve got Rampant with dougal and gammer

always a fantastic night, then youve got Hardcore pulse thats free and every month
then youve got Elektrik thats every now and again, and i'm doing another PARALETIK soon.
so yeah man loads of stuff going on. my girl goes portsmouth uni and its good, the student clubbing is alright, tho southampton's is better.
