I'm not too sure on what 'Happy House' is but I can say some of it will sound pretty close to Harder Euro-Dance tunes. e.g. tunes by Pharao, Sequential One, Dr Bombay? but then again does this 'genre' Happy House really exist? and I think it would be quite some old stuff there

yeah happy house, happy handbag and later hard handbag were all genres of house back in the mid 90s that were really cheesy and cheerful, mainstream example being Happy Clappers - I Believe which is a great tune might I add!

You can't invent an entire genre every time something sounds remotely happy.
Wouldn't that include Happy Hardcore?
That isn't just one tune, though.
That's why I removed a part of your reply. I understand what you are into and I agree. But Happy Hardcore is Hardcore (-Techno) with happy tunes. Honestly it shouldn't be a genre as well, if I regard your aspect.

It should because it's an entire genre rather than just 1 tune, or the occasional tune. There is enough tunes in the style for it to be a genre.
