Well NYR's need to be realistic. If you don't have the ability to not break it then it's somewhat silly to mind when it happens.

Yeah in reality if anyone had any real intention of doing anything they would just do it. Waiting for a time to say you will do something is usually just for the sake of making yourself feel better about the fact you aren't really going to make any real effort.

I swam a 57.8 in march last year, and at the beginning of december I swam a 59.1 - disappointingly.
This year I need to knuckle down and get to the GYM. I think I drank more alcohol than pool water last year, and thats the biggest obstacle atm.
