so possibly the last and final update to this story!

They are the ones that will downscale the stadium to 60,000 seats and keep the track from the olympics Only thing they need now is approval from the govt and mayor of London, but apparently Tottenham will fight this decision :/ i hope that west ham keeps it in the end

They seem very confident that relegation won't affect their plans, probably due to the amount of partners they have on board.
I think it's the right decision - as long as West Ham keep their promises. All this talk about being able to easily convert the stadium for different events sounds almost too good to be true - be interesting to see how it works!
