Yeah, same here, I only got 6 missions done. Some of these sequences man...
I use Morrigan, Iron Man, and Thor.
Everyone says Thor sucks, but he's so much fun to use. Very restricted, but when he's on X-Factor, he is such a heavy hitter! I'm such a sucker for making bad characters play awesome.

i was thinking about scrapping morrigan, but she's got some interesting moves in this game. i'm favoring amaterasu, super skrull, chun li and of course sentinel. i'm only using sentinel so that when i go online i'm prepared for battling others.
but i am trying to give every character a chance, with an exception to phoenix, viewtiful joe, and hsien ko. hsien ko & phoenix were a big let down phoenix is seriously weak and her reviving hyper takes 5HG and if you're attacked with certain moves while doing it, you lose it. also hsien ko's moves weren't impressive and viewtiful joe just sucks altogether.
and galactus is freaking ridiculous, even on easy mode. i'm trying to get the endings for every characters, but it'll be hard with the weak hitters i can't imagine using viewtiful joe to beat him lol

Viewtiful Joe has widdle arms!!
Amaterasu is a great choice (got the meter building assist), Super Skrull is a great on point character (I wanted to play him when he was first announced), and Chun Li is pretty much Happy Hardcore in a fighting game character.
I've had a few bad run-ins with Sentinel and I already hate him. So cheap.  He's worse than in MvC2 with his unfly combos into his drones and his rocket punch. I'm much better at MvC2...

you mean the 1st marvel vs capcom? the gameplay has changed dramatically from the 1st to 3rd, and it being a mobile game you probably won't get the full benefits of the original 1st 1 that came out on dreamcast
no I am playing the full version playstation one on a emulator on my mobile... its called marvel v capcom clash of the heroes and it isn't a mobile game

if it is, it's still not the same gameplay from the arcade version and the dreamcast version.
the original arcade/dreamcast version you have 3 fighters: 2 characters fully capable of fighting each with its own lifebar and a 3rd character that comes in just to do a special move (it's either random or you can choose it by entering the assigned button to choose it)

If you can pull off dark Phoenix or gold armor w/ Arthur they make up for their weakness. I'm trying to work with dormammu...kind of a pain as you have to guess where people will be. Loving on deadpool, haggar and taskmaster

arthur is still pretty good even w/o his golden armor. and like i said successfully gettin dark phoenix is a risky move, losing all 5hg lvl. and also u gotta make sure that regular phoenix lasts long enough for ur hg to fill up to lvl5

I know a guy that uses a strategy where he uses all of his characters first without Hypers, then baits you to kill him, goes into Dark Phoenix, and X-Factors.
It's pretty effective.
I've seen some tournament players (Marn) use Arthur. Never makes him gold though. And lol the villains were the best in MvC2 also.
