Dj brisk used to play it all the time it started off all chilled with a basic kick drum hi hats ect then this laughing vocal builds up and then drops in like (ha ha ha ha ha ha) so on with a distorted gabber kick drum used to be played around 1996-2000 a lot by dj brisk please help me its my fav track ever :)

that sounds like Diss Reaction - Jieeahaaa! er there was also another hardcore version done around 1997 I think by 2 Dam Tuff - Ruff Muff
