at 6:10 this mornin i was coming back from the shop with my dog when we passed an Alsatian with it's owner not on a lead my dog (who was on a leash) barked once at it then out of nowhere it ran across the road an started to attack my dog i tried to pull my dog away but it kept attacking until it's owner grabbed it away didn't even say sorry am ****in mad as hell n plan to go to the council as it aint the first time that dogs went psycho at me or my dog anytime u walk past the front gate where it n it's owner live it goes mental i plan to go to the vets todays aswell what would be the best way to handle the situation because if i have to involve my family people will get hurt the dogs owner will get his head kicked in if i get my friends or family involved n i want to avoid that is there anything the council or the vet can do???
