How hot are these sauces? My wife has an asbestos mouth, the hotter the better, there is always a bottle of Daves insanity sauce in our house, you are supposed to add one or two drops to the meal, she adds a tea spoon to her plate, if we go for an idian she complains if her phal isn't hot enough!

It's the only item in the store rated "extreme". I should note that these are freaking naga chillies we're dealing with here.

That's impossible to say as heat is subjective and differs from person to person! We use the natural heat of the chillies in this range of sauces and not chemical extracts/capsaicin. We focus on flavour with heat not just face melting burn as often happens with the extract end of the market.
Wrath & Bliss are our 2 hottest sauces and they pack plenty of Naga punch but our hottest product is our Naga & Mustard pickle, which is really quite brutal and deserves respect!
We are developing a limited edition extract sauce that WILL melt your face though. Maybe you should sit tight and wait for this to hit the market if it's ridiculous heat you're after!
