What's cracking people.
I don't know if many of you use MixCloud for sharing/promoting your mixes, but whoever does - whack your details here so I can start following you.
For those who haven't been on there, get-the-fcuk involved because it's great. I know I'd be much more inclined to listen to HH.com user mixes if they are put up on a platform like that, instead of mediafire or megaupload etc.

Got myself a bit of an alias going on, seeing as i'm going to be throwing a few different styles out there this year. Mixcloud is indeed a fantastic site, can see myself spending a lot of time there!

Mixcloud uses the exact same script as house-mixes.com, which I've been a member of for over a year. It's a great script. If people start using mixcloud then I'll get more involved in it but house-mixes has far more users/listeners than mixcloud.

For what it's worth I think it might be a good idea not to carry this thread on until after the mix contest as you'll be able to hear every ones mixes before they're meant to be voted on.

I can't sadly. I'm only the event mod so my "mod powers" are only to be used in the events section and for event related things.

I made one for the competition a few days ago. I was planning on using it diligently until I saw the 100 MB cap, and that just won't do. If they increase their file size cap I will use it more, someone should tell me ha ha.

I just reduce my bitrate to 160kbps it doesnt sound bad at all, if the original is good. Better than most free streams.
