Try and avoid drama as much as possible. The hardcore scene has sooo much drama everywhere I think everyone wants a place they can just discuss it with a nice vibe. This place is good but not enough people are around :(

i didn't wanna say it but that's part of the reason for my idea of the label/producer updates and not having it open for discussion unless a member creates a topic for it in the regular forums. i'm personally tired of ppl saying that "it's shit" and give no constructive criticism. much like the whole revs fiasco about brisk's new tracks last year. nasty attitudes like that deter many producers from participating in the forums. at least this way they can come and give updates on everything without having to read grief about their production or mixing, unless they choose to enter the regular member forums at their own risk

^ yeah it's a real shame people say that because there's no wrong or right, all people need is to just stop and think "actually it's all subjective in the end" and they wouldn't have to say "that's shit" or even work themselves up about it and get annoyed. I'll happily say what I do and don't like about hardcore but at the end of the day ravers are going mad each and every weekend to the stuff I don't like so that's just unfortunate for me I can't get involved and enjoy
Yeah sorry about derailing your thread here Mortis :X

greater radio selection with no single at all - only mixes... maybe more specific channels encompassing the main genres of the "hardcore" sound from its infancy until now. (just say someone who doesn't know specific things like breakbeat hardcore or old school rave kind of sound)
we'd all probably get in the argument of what actually qualifies for any of the designated categories
people to contribute mixes for those channels?
a map at the bottom of the page showing random stuff like where parties have been held / where users are from (like on a world map?)

how about a gossip thread? Hardcore is so secretive by the main boys regarding releases and news ect, and there are so many rumours all the time, be nice to read them on one thread!

isn't that what the rumours page is for on here? i think tho majority of the topics that are "rumours" are more for finding out if anyone knows more details about the rumor or gossip that we hear. pretty much fact-finding.
