my interview is in 8 hours. Any last words of wisdom?
i'm fully prepared. Got a couple of copies of my resume printed out, a note pad, suits clean, got a haircut, shaved, rehearsed answers to common questions, researched the company.
I'm feeling pretty positive co the HR woman said i was the first she called back and was relly excited about my resume, and i also have the first interview.

remember that they are selling you the job just as much as YOU are selling them your services! A job interview is equal, both parties want something so don't cave in and grovel if they pressure you.

Use his/her formal name.
Lean forward and look keen and alert.
Act confident and friendly but don't ramble on.
Send an email afterwards saying 'thankyou for the interview'. works wonders despite how well you feel it went.

Looks like you've already got it nicely covered mate.
Be as formal as you need to be but also be sure to be relaxed too. Nothing wrong with a bit of light relief either - not many companies are looking for corporate robots these days so showing you're human isn't a bad thing!
Doubt they'll throw too many curveballs your way but if something unexpected does crop up, don't rush into a reaction - take your time before you do/say anything.
Sure you'll do the business.

Never had an interview before, but I know if you show confidence in yourself (not overconfidence though) and only answer the questions they ask you, you should be fine!

this. even if you have an answer in mind, look like your thinking about it for a second or two before responding.
make sure you have an answer for a "what is your biggest weakness"
"where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
(don't say doing your wife, don't say doing your wife, don't say doing your wife)
"doing your son?" =P

haha family guy
but agreed if it's a stumper question do take your time, BUT make sure you don't have a long significant amount of time between the question asked and the answer you thought of b/c that is extremely awkward in an interview. and it doesn't look good either.
