I would try and find something like this to filter your water:
but im not sure if you can buy "Brita" in NZ cause when I was there I couldnt find one for my girlfriend, I didnt want her to have to drink the crappy tasting wellington water
Funny thing I noticed was that the further up the north island we went the better the tap water started to taste :D

I've got one of those Brita filters because the tap water here has all sorts of resipoo in it.

yeah you can buy them, but in the state were in atm i dont think it will helps

I love water, I'm always drinking it. I just feel fresher for drinking it, like I'm all cleaned out.
I just got these headphones and they're so nice lying in bed with big headphones playing some tunes is so comfortable

I pretty much wont drink anything besides water unless it has drugs in it, aka coffee and booze
drinks with sugar, even juice, are pretty damn unhealthy, so unless its getting me high I will stick with water

i think i just need to eat alot of fruit and vege and sleep and i will get better, *fingers crossed*
should have gone and got my ****ing flu injection as soon as i got back to christchurch

haha dont get me started on flu injections, just eat well and take vitamins and you will be good to go
vitiamin D3 plays a big role in warding off virus and flus, the more direct sunlight you get the more your body produces, so when its grey skies (fall/winter/spring) you need more because your body isnt getting as much sun as it can. so take 2 or 3 pills a day
add a good multivitamin to that and eat well, and you should be set
I havent been sick in 2 years :D

haha I generally only get sick once a year and its in winter
i went to the supermarket before and loaded up on fruit and vegetables, vitamins, tissues and water, i will get better soon haha
