Their security certificate expired. Not much to worry about really, although you should probably send them email telling them they should know better.

well it says new site coming soon. could be that they let it expire and this new site they're talking about hasn't yet launched yet, or been redone or whatever

Even if a new site is being created, you're not supposed to let the security certificate expire. Whoever allowed this to happen needs a slap. Add two kicks to the rear if they intentionally allowed it to expire.

I dunno man. At what point did you get this? When you were going to make payment, or simply when you went on the site?
I was using the PC in this hotel the other day, and when I went on to facebook, using FireFox, I got that exact same message you posted there. Obviously facebook haven't let a Security Certificate expire.
In general, I have a very casual attitude to online security. I'll buy from pretty much anywhere. Never been stung.

Might also be that your system date and time settings are wrong, and firefox might think that a security certificate has expired because of this.
