yer thats one of the djs that playes at 1 of my local night clubs, hes called trevor broadbank (and hes a mosher but used to be a oldskool raver)

those teens were probably just bored with nowt to do but take the piss, if you were into the same music as them they would just have found something else to take the piss about, let it go over your head mate, don't take it so personal they probably had a dig at everybody that walked passed that day.
whan i walk passed a gang of teens nowadays a HOPE one of them has a pop at me so i can watch there face when i turn round instead of walking by (shallow i know but you gotta get your kicks somehow!)

That's what most people are like up here in the Boro. All the under 18 nights play some Hardcore (always "children of the night" and "forever young") and the teenagers like it, but you put some modern Hardcore on, something they haven't heard before and they think it s crap.
It's mostly the Dickheads that Listen to Happy Hardcore up Here, the ones that spoil raves (and theres very few raves). I don't think theres many people who actually appreciate it properly in the Boro, just people who think "yeh, fast music, lets go mental and ruin the night for all these ravers".
I'm a teenager myself but I respect the music, and the reason most teenagers will take the piss is just cos' they're think they're mint and listen to the music that they think everyone else likes, not what they like.

same down here jimmys nightclub u18s ukcc event
the dj plays shooting star or children of the night (the room is packed) then they played heart of gold and then BANG the room emptied (from 300 to about 20)
but i bet yer on the 28th october when i go if he plays heart of gold the room will be packed (because they will of all heard it by then)
there are actualy 100s of teens in harrogate that think there into hardcore but non realy are ,when i go into mix music (cd,vinyl shop) if someone looks at the bonkers cd they will say "has it got shooting star on it to there mate,and if its not on that sertain bonkers cd then they will say- i bet its crap then.
i am hardcore the rest are ????well i dont no.......(plastic??)
