Dutch and especially German HHC rather was produced for the charts and not for clubbing in the 90s. That required music videos, which were shown on MTV and other Music-TV-Stations.
I am more surprised to the fact, that there have been music videos for Gabba-tracks as well, due this genre defines itself being totally underground and opposite of commercialisation.
See for yourself:
MC Rage - **** The Macarena

I only watch Frozen Flame...but that's not a music video, that's just a video made to last the duration of the whole track, not something you would see on Tv. But then again, I don't know how Finnish tv works.

Its a music video, theres music and theres a video. The way Finnish TV works is that music videos are mostly done for the fans, theres no profit to make in them here. So music videos made from live footage are very common.

There's another point, I'd like to mention. Because this genre is a very crazy one, the majority of the videos are low-cost productions and I think it's great. I really like watching those persons freaking around, cheap computer animations, etc. Also this is the reason, why I love the video of "CLSM - Move On (Jon Doe Remix)". It could have been recorded by a mobile phone regarding its quality, but the story is awesome.
I wish, I would be able to watch the video of "The Sauna Boys - In The Heat", but it is banned from German Youtube.
