Apart from the VAGABOND stuff on Candy crush it doesn't look like we'll see him appear elsewhere anytime soon. Brisk has said there are no plans for him to do anything on NG.

I presume that track you were referring to was Dowster & Vagabond ft. Dr S & Cat Knight - Over n Over. That's certainly one of the better Candy Crush tracks imo.
On the subject of Candy Crush, here's September 2013 Promo Mix. There seems to be some decent tracks in this mix, I'm a fan of most of their "mainstream UK hardcore" uplifting tracks with vocals.

First track Rising Star is great - will watch out for the mp3. Also Calling Your Name which have heard before but doesn't seem to have been released yet. Your Desire also sounds great...Sound Of The Police sounds good, you'll recognise an old classic in this!

one of my all-time fav producers next to scott brown when i joined the scene, too bad he never reached his hights again after leaving NG...
Huggermugger, Dancefloor Innovators, Inorganic Sound, Silver Dawn, Bonecrusher, Pussy like Bitches.... and so on, so many BLASTING stuff

Yeah so many great tracks. There have been some decent tunes from him & Dowster on Candy Crush but I'd like to see him do some solo tracks.
