I think the first song is a starter, you stilll get to do your two songs - it just means you get to mix a third time whereas everyone else does 2 transitions :)
(are we saying two songs a person?)

I think 2 each will be about right for the number of people taking part. The only thing now is how to do it - Triquatra, are you able to do something with the cutting/pasting side of things? I really wouldn't have a scooby how to do that!

yea, I got the tools for it. And I do it regularly (I need to cut&paste my mixes to remove my misstakes :P)
As long as people record the music at anything below -1dB, I dont mastering should be a problem.

well, as long as it doesnt CLIP, there should be no problem even if its 3dB, but it's very unsure
