So how many of them were there? i know of 2 the one that just played not too long ago on a mix by bluecore and another one from the 2000ish era which i have no clue who it was by
can anybody here help me name some more?

You mean the Madonna track? It's been remixed by Nu Foundation (found on the raving eye magazine mix from sometime last year) and this other guy, Phenex I think? I really love the Nu Foundation mix of it, still waiting for it to be released :( Poor Mikey... I still can't believe it :S
And that thing in Norway is terrible by the way, just wanted to say :S

I could be wrong, but I think that it was available, along with other tracks, to download for only 10mins or less, put up in agreement by rhythmics and nu foundations girlfriend/fiance. Unfortunately a battle of words ensued and rhythmics took it down. it was terrible what happened in all of that post especially since it all happened a few days after Mikey's death.
but like i said, i'm not 100% sure what was available on that download
