Hello. Does anyone know anywhere I can download some j core sets or mixes from. I am interested to explore the Japanese hard dance scene as I will be living there soon.

i occasionally add a few to my mixes, but their not generally jcore. There's 2 DJs on this site that spins/span japanese hardcore, try searching for konnichiwa on here or ush

Most of the track names are written in japanese symbols, which makes it difficult to find them on youtube and other webpages. And besides Silver I think I haven't seen any one, who lives in Japan in this forum.

The xtreme hard compilation vol 4 looks quite interesting. Think I may buy it. Ive also heard some very freeformy sounds on youtube and some decnt hard house and hard techno style sounds. Those konnichiwa sets are ok but maybe a little cheesy for my taste. It is a shame its so isolated. Like much of Japan. But I suppose that makes it more interesting to discover.
Im going to take it on myself to discover some of this music during my time in Japan. My girlfriend is Japanese and we are probably going to live in Yokohoma or Tokyo for a while. I would love to get into the scene over there.

Ha ha! Funny you say that. When I first started getting into it, it took me about two years to convince my mum that the music genre I was listening to was actually music, and that I didn't have some deep-rooted pornography addiction.
Ironically, I do now actually have a relatively severe addiction to both.
