Just ordered it for 149NOK (~25usd, ~16quid, ~19euro). NICE PRICE.

I already played the game on my PS3 ages ago, so why did I order this? Because I'm now getting a 12" with the score from the first game, which is impressive to say the least. "Ocean on his shoulders" is simply massive (link for proof)
I'm also reading classical literature at the mo, specifically Ovid's "Remedia Amoris", and I've got other goodies lined up, like Homer's Iliad & Odyssey, John Milton's Paradise Lost, Saadi's Bostan and of course, Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy.
I'm that cool.
;)
The exaggerated blinking smiley means you shouldn't take this post too seriously, feel free to fill this thread will all kinds of banter and smoogalicious youtube embeds! Love yas!

Not played the second one yet but really enjoyed the first. Really looking forward to the new one, looks amazing from the previews!
I was going to order Xenoblade Chronicles for the Wii but seems I have left it too late as EVERY shop in the UK has sold out. :O Damn. Seems like Nintendo underestimated how well decent RPG's can do in Europe lol. Ah well, have to wait for the next shipment to come in before I can play it...
While you're checking out classical literature have a read of Jules Verne - The Mysterious Island - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Mysterious_Island The best book I've ever read, absolutely love it.

The third one will have nothing to do with the first two, which really sucks :( thats what has turned me off on buying, or even renting it

Why would you let that put you off!? The 2nd one looked far too much like the 1st which is why I hadn't bothered picking it up yet. I'd rather a change and it looks an amazing world and story.
I'm all over this when it comes out and I also want Xenoblade, Rage, Warhammer 40k Space Marine, Skyrim, Skyward Sword, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Tales of the Abyss 3ds and a 3ds to play it on :P (Missed out on the PS2 release in the UK and was too much to import last time I looked). Man, so many games and no money to buy them or time to play them lol. Ah well.

They have actually issued a statement saying demand in the UK has been far higher than they expected. They shipped as many for the UK as they normally would for this sort of game but it wasn't nearly enough. They couldn't even fulfil pre-orders. Second shipment has been and gone now as well lol. Ah well, shouldn't be long for more to arrive. Hopefully this means we wont miss out on as many JRPG's in the future!

Bioshock 1 was just amazing, everything about screamed out "PLAY ME".I loved the story, and the graphics, just the whole feel of it. Bioshock 2 just kept on going with that exact same feeling, and great story line, was just amazing.
Now taking that same game, and screwing with the story line, making it have nothing to do with the first 2, just doesn't seem right. I want to play as another big daddy or another human or even a big sister in Rapture!

Bioshock Infinite looks EPIIIIIIIIIIIC! Have you seen the gameplay trailer where he rides along all those zipperlines trying to take down a zepperlin? It's unbelievable! Pretend that it's called something else than Bioshock if the name bothers you...
Bioshock 2 was not as good as 1, but definitely one of the better games from that year. I can't remember if it was last year or the year before. :P

Yeah, agree that Bioshock 1 was better than the sequel, but B2 was in no way a let down, still had a good storyline, and maintained the terrifying atmosphere of never knowing when a splicer is about to try and cut your face in half. I should really play those games again!
Not heard of Bioshock Infinite, will get right on it!

the 3rd game (Infinite/y) reminds me of Fable abit. It will promise much (just like BS1 and 2 did), but will stumble at some point

Indeed! I think they are doing the right thing changing the world/settings, keeps things from getting too stale. The original setting was great but scope for doing different things is limited.

Man I hope they pull that off properly! Would make an amazing film.

Yeah, could be an amazing movie if done right. Just hope they don't have too many 1st person scenes, that put me off watching Doom, which I still haven't done :p It could also end up not happening though, so we'll just have to wait and see.
Have watched footage from BI now, looks very interesting. Obviously getting it.

For the special edition?
Tbh I don't care about saving 10dollars, if I have to wait a week or two longer. Having a quick look now, I got it for much cheaper than the later google results, I just clicked the first one ;P
