I've often thought about this. Well, I've seen interviews with people and it's made me think "What a good lad, wouldn't mind going for a beer with him". Good pub talk.
Can be anyone - TV/film, sports, musicians, politicians, dead or alive.
There's few that I've thought it about in the past, but can't remember all of them. Can remember a couple though:
Bear Grylls. Because he's Bear Grylls!!
Matt Damon. There are a few outspoken actors around these days, but Matt Damon talks a hell of a lot of sense. Love seeing interviews with him.
Both are extremely hunky as well.

Nah, I'm guessing he means this guy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julius_Caesar
Similar names, but not the same person. Caligula was probably named after the other guy though, but he was born more than 100 years later.
