Man, current Hardstyle really offends me. The fact that it uses the name of something that was once an amazing genre is sickening. You can't even use the name anymore because people just assume you mean that kind of thing rather than the real thing.

I like how the kicks have gone progressively more into a dull thud over the years. Now they are almost just a bass tone, which i guess is just as well since they function as a bass anyway. Awful.

One of the hardest I've heard lately and with good melody.
99% of hardstyle kicks sounds identical to me. Hardness depends on how loud track is maximized and level of distortion/additional fx'es/layered samples and synths. But If you want to add hardness easily to your fav track, then just grab good free distortion vst and vst host and add to your taste.

Hardstyle is pretty much gabba slowed down these days... Both pitched at 180 mix well... Well I say mix well I think gabba is hard as **** to mix
