I don't know if anyone here watches America's Got Talent, but we were watching it just for this team. We saw their first performance and watched for them ever sense. These guys are amazing, they have to rebuild their suits for EVERY performance. They have to practice and do everything they do in the DARK. And not only this, but the head of the group has to program everything in the performance from scratch. I don't know if anyone has tried programming, but depending on which language you use one simple mistake can screw every single thing up. And she has to do this for every performance, in a short time period.
And you know what happened? Not only did they lose to guy who does NOTHING but sing Frank Sinatra, does no other type of music, does nothing else at all, they came in third place on the show.

No, but it's rigged anyway so it really doesn't matter. Show or not they'll get a contract in Vegas just like the Jabbawockeez.

Mainstream is about being average. Actual quality will always go unnoticed because to appeal to the average person (and thus get a lot of interest) it has to be average. Occasionaly something is so good that even the average crowd like it, but not often.
