Hey guys, 1st post, i recently enquired about getting a mix put on te radio, i was told to get a ftp program and was given log in details to upload. I downloaded dropbox but dont think it was the right program. Can anybody please help me??

filezilla is what I use. It should work out of box without any fiddling with the settings.

cheers mate, just downloaded filezilla, it wont connect but i think it will eventually. Cheers

OK, i downloaded filezilla and input the details and i cant connect. Anybody got any ideas why i cant connect??

Make sure you got the host name (or IP address) and password filled out correctly. If you're still having trouble try typing in port 22 into the port slot unless told otherwise.

The info i was given is typed in correctly, i tried typing 22 in port and still the same, just keeps saying:
Connecting to server...
Trying to reconnect in 5 seconds
Error: Connection to server lost...
Reconnecting to server...

isn't 22 just a confirmation port?
Anyways, are you on ADSL, or behind a router?
