we never found it, so we went on "crazy/mini golf" spent some money at the arcades, got an icecream..and then left!

Found it! The dock itself is sealed off to stop the inevitable trespassing! Quite an eerie sight though.

yeah its a pretty spooky sight! we pulled off in that huge car park to get a picture of it
(when i said earlier "we never found it" - i was refering to the go kart place) i didn't realise you meant the boat itself - its on the way to rhyll, as you well know now! :P

That ship looks epic. Like Revs, I get quite excited about stuff like that.
On the topic of Wales in general - I was with a Welsh girl (Cardiff) for six months in late 2009. She was literally mental. Although, I didn't realise this initially. We met on holiday, and then carried on seeing each other for six months (highlights included weekend trips to Paris and Milan, and an abortion in Cardiff).
The whole story is an absolute fcuking belter. It would best be delivered over the period of about an hour, in a pub, over a couple of beers. Wouldn't know where to start if I had to write it all.
What takes you to Wales anyway Deano? How long you there for?

Now that's a story i can imagine enjoying Jay! One of my fondest childhood memories was a school trip to Anglesey and me and the missus fancied a few days away so seeing as it's our anniversary this week (and she's a dragon), a trip to Wales seemed like a good idea. Plus i like exploring and there's plenty to see here - and seeing Rowan's pic made finding that ship a must!

karthy, i thought you were in morcambe! we pop over to lancaster every friday for pizza hut, its only 15mins down the road from where we live :P
There is no outdoor go-karting track in Rhyl. but there is a brand new bike track that cost 500,000, its by the tip (miles awy from the beach) If your into that type of thing it is one of the best in the UK!
