It has a chipmunky vocal singing "Dancing with tears in my eyes" It might be an old Dutch/German hardcore track. I just can't find it.

Haha! I found that track on youtube last week. Very nice one and I am surprised in Spain a Hardcore track got #1.

yea, propably the dance version did. Bought this on junodownload back in 06/07, and after listening to it it sounded like a rippoff :P
