im assuming that since ******* sites and stuff will be affected cause its mostly the US that uploads to them that us poor people on the other side of the world with no cool tv shows on the tv wont be able to download them anymore either :P

This won't hold up for very long if it gets passed. Someone will sue and this law will get overturned by the courts. But it ends up being a waste of time that this was even considered to begin with.
