EDIT: Talkin about bizzare, I can stand hardest Gabber and fcking love it, yet I can't stand a soft pop song Luxurious by Gwen Stefani.

I'm wondering if you can stand this? :P

LOVING IT! :D

Love it too! It's in my current top 10. You know what, I searched for this song few years, and suddenly heard a remix of it on di.fm hardcore channel. It was like WTF WTF OMG OMG, DAMN, I FINALLY FOUND IT!!!!1111oneonetwo. Next few days i couldn't get this song out of my head. It's so ****ing catchy, true gem, true art. Now I tried to find the remix, its' lost... haha.

Wondering if it contained a minimal drop ;P

I'd LOVE to find out who remixed it!

I'm not questioning that people like one or the other, clearly they do and that's fine but what i am pointing out is that they can't really complain about it while liking something that is equally as bad or worse from a technical point of view.

The point is that minimal drops can be really boring and pathetic. It sounds like fast House. Its not even hard. More precisely, like somebody who underestimated House wanted to earn as much cash as possible.

But that's how commercial styles are constructed. And then some passionate artists get to kinda like them and turn the style into art. That's why, besides lame minimal drops, there r good minimal drops made by artists without commercial motives.

Never heard this tune before but it's really good (at least where current pop is concerned), proper 90's style.

Yet you still judge Happy Hardcore to be worse than what we make today. ;P

to the original poster a case in point.....

just been getting my monthly downloads and came across buzz & stevie d feat jess palmer - goodbye (fracus and darwin remix) on trackitdown which was turning into a right lil stomper right up til 2.46 then the whole tune is ruined by the following 45 seconds!

When i was younger, like 15 or something, we used to hangout on a wrecked hi-ace. We had some car seats in the back, candles, radio and shit. And that tune was the bomb. Good times.
