This is apparently the new artwork.... and with a "best of hardcore til i die" cd it looks as it AATW have thrown out the series of HTID :( Shame because we dont have many hardcore albums these days!!!

I imagine this HTID CD will sound pretty much the same as last year's best of hardcore cd on CXH7 and hixxy's cd from AATW's failed attempt of releasing a proper Bonkers

agreed with whats been said.
As archefluxx says for starters why bother buying it when you already own "the only hardcore album you need" lol.
I can guarantee this album will be total rubbish. You look at the styles the people involved are doing.
Hixxy - Still 1 of the best bigname producers, however since he also started experimenting with putting dubstep into hardcore hes gone a bit downhill. He even said on a recent radio interview something like "thats the thing about hardcore, you can put anything into it and it goes well, trance, dubstep".
Styles - pretty much spends time remaking his older tracks, but putting softer kickdrums in so the commercial scene get interested (look at the comparison of "flashlight". His original was amazing, however the final released cut on his album was soft, weak and not half as good).
Re-con - Never rated the guy really
Breeze - Same as above but his style is the worst of the lot. My preference of certain styles means that I have always hated "Petruccio" and "modulate"'s dubstep/electrocore style (goes to no surprise that they are making normal dubstep now too) like a lot of people. Breeze's mixes on soundcloud says it all really, I heard them and it doesnt even sound like hardcore to me as its filled with a load of "petruccio and modulate" tracks and some other soft kick/twisted noise/dubstep rubbish I couldnt bear to hear for more than 5 mins. His CD will be filled with dubstep core guaranteed
The way producers like that are working is just like the way in which dnb tried to spread out to cater for a commercial scene (like "pendulum", loads of people hated dnb, then pendulum came out and half the haters came and started going to dnb events) however its a failing attempt in the long run. Wont be long before sales and rave attendances fully drop and when it tries to bring back styles the die hard fans loved they would of turned their backs on it long before.
For CLXH8 why the hell bring out a "best of HTID" cd again? The die hard fans that love that style would have nearly all the tracks featured as full tracks, so would hardly part with their cash for that CD.
Imo its going to be the worst clubland xtreme yet. Gonna be full of dubstep and electrocore with maybe 1 decent recon track and a few of hixxys.
