Yeah, there were some "childish" x-mas tracks produced in Germany in the middle of the 90s.
I prefer the ones I have found in that CD over last couple of days:

had updated it a little bit for levels and noticed that some samples had gone terribly out of pitch. should be fixed now ;O

the MC'ing bits of the song I posted reminds me of Charly Lownoise and Mental Theo/ Scooter and Ultrasonic type of MC'ing. As well as "Dyewitness, DJ Trevor and The MC Cyclone, etc...
