I've looked around but I can't find out what the language is that is used when they talk with the megaphone style voice. It has been identified as Turkish, Filipino, and Slovakian, which obviously doesn't make much sense. It is most commonly identified as Slovakian, but not common enough that I believe it. Any ideas?

Best guesses I have are Kurdish, Persian or Afghan. My knowledge of languages from that part of the world are very limited, but I'm fairly confident that it might be one of those three :P
