It's on Southpark, a song called Dreidel, Dreidel, Dreidel. It's a Jewish song they sing on it. Raver, raver, raver has the same vocal melody but S3rl has changed to words it seems haha.
Here are the words. I can't find a vid of it as I'm at work but I'll link one when I can unless anyone can beat me to it. :P

lol you just now noticed that???
as soon as I first heard the song I knew it was the dreidel song, but then South Park is more popular amongst Americans and that's where I first heard the Dreidel song, or maybe I heard it on Friends.
And actually the track is originally by EFM-7, S3RL's remix is probably just more well known.
