Im trying to make a remix, but I cant quite figure out exactly what they are.

Once I get the files together I'll let you know the chord sequence and melody.

Il be sure to get your version, as I think the original has real potential, but sounds a bit bland/empty.
I cant guarantee mine will be any good, as Ive only been playing with music for the past 6 months and Ive still got plenty to learn.
