No one owes you that music though. There is no way it justifies pirating the music, much less sharing it too.

I once tried buying several albums, from Europe and US. All had Finland blocked. Funny thing is, inside EU its actually illegal. Free trade and all that shit. I actually think its OK to download any album they refuse to sell to you.
So by your logic, itd be okay to pirate World Heavyweight Freeform because they only sold limited copies?

Trading standards aren't the same as internet forum logic, limited stock is limited stock. AATW have an obligation to provide to the entire EU else they are breaking EU laws.

Don't quote me on it but their license (at least for some songs) might be for the UK only.

If people who genuiny want the music, I would, If I couldn't ask the artists for the tracks digitally (as it's still their own tracks)
And limited editions are never about money, it's for people who wants a specific/more valued package (compaired to standard edition... which doesn't exist in the THUMPA cases). So I don't understand what Thumpa is thinking. He could easily sold his CD even if he sold these as MP3 later. The Piracy part will still be there, but more people will have the opportunity to actually buy the tracks after the CD's gone, instead of having to resort to piracy. But in the end, if Thumpa only wants to earn money for 250 CDs, that is up to him, but he can't exactly complain if illegal downloads of the same CD's goes to 400.

I sort of empathise, it's kind of a shame that you can't really make something limited edition in the internet age, but at the end of the day people would be copying tapes or CDs and selling them from cars...you could never stop it, it'd still happen. All you can do is embrace it and look on the bright side that your music is in demand.

AATW has an exclusive label license with avex in Japan. All their content, including hardcore is locked up with avex who refuse to release any hardcore music.
But since clubland is a compilation album made from tracks from other labels (not just AATW) they can't just sell in all countries because they might not have a license for it.
Just depends on the deal they made.

Maybe I should do like Wilky and post illegal d/l links everywhere?
If you do, I assure you immediate legal action will be taken. Thanks.
