What happened to those mainstream Euro-dance/Euro-trance songs that they used to play on MTV like Heaven, Better Off Alone, Drifiting Away, Forever etc... ???
I don't see them on TV anymore and its really sad.

Well they are 10ish years old now and they don't usually play old stuff unless it's a classics thing. As for the genre itself, well, it has changed, like all other genres. Into something awful.

Eurodance, Eurotrance, Eurobeat and Hands Up are dying. Not sure when they will be back, but nowadays people want stuff with less feel in them. Minimal drops too.
By Future Trance 48 I can tell Hands-Up itself became very pop-ish. Like it lost most of its pumpin badass feel.

I love Eurodance music. It is still being produced but only a handful of artists are producing. I don't quite understand what you mean by 'music with less feel' to it, CC?

Basically a track appears to be building nicely up to something promising, but after that build up nothing happens other than a boring beat. Sure somebody will post one up.
The musical equivalent of when you're out with a girl (or boy) and after a good night they invite you for 'coffee'. Then when you get back to their place you get coffee!

You have a melody or chords, you have a nice build, and then a sudden drop to minimal drop of instruments (basic drums, kick, bass..).
This Hardcore track has a minimal drop and melodic part after it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YHA-D-tV5VQ I heard many House with minimal drops but I don't know the name of a single one.

Genki's remix of Underneath shouldn't be hated on in my opinion. Sure it's a minimal drop, but if I recall correctly the song was appropriately named (along the lines of called it a 'shit remix' by Genki himself). Also, the second drop has the melody/riff you all crave.
Songs that have empty drops and drops with a riff are hard to come by. In finding a minimal drop song, I don't think that was the best example.
