Starts old and gets new.
By regrown I mean gone from a small splinter of hardcore to something that is becoming quite popular. Seems people are getting sick of a buzzing noise that is supposed to be a kick.

to be honest when the buzzing basslines came in i hated them but grew to love them almost as much as kicks. It's moreso down to the rest of the track though.

I agree Hardcore Gabber is back. Seemed to go reallly slow and watered down verging on it's soft cousin hardstyle in the 2000's, which made me totally lose interest!!
There are a few producers that are really leading the way like THE VIPER and ANGERFIST who have really brought the speed back and kept the bass aas hard as ever. Always sound great as the final few tracks at the end of a UK Hardcore set.
Seen some great footage of Angerfist in Italy, love this faster Trance edged Gabber. Check this link and you'll understand what I mean.

That's the stuff i'm loving atm too. I don't like 90% of what comes out but i do find some of it is kick ass awesome but i'm not so much into the audiogenic stuff that seems like dark hardcore.

I do understand what you mean. I am meaning proper industrial shit, not just standard 'core. There was really only one or two tracks in there that I considered to have a proper kick, but I agree they were certainly better than what was around a few years ago.

Man that is aweome!!! How good is rattle snake by Nosferatu. This gabber reminds me of the the Thunderdomes. Is a lot more industrial.
I still digg the new stuff too. Gabber has gotten it's quality back.

I don't see the point of listening to gabber if it doesn't have a stomping kick. I've never come across the buzzing bassline that you are referring to but those links that Lilley put up sound like utter shit. I have noticed a lot of watered down kicks by big gabber producers but I usually stay way from it. There are enough top tier gabber producers out there who use big kicks to avoid the watered down stuff so I'm not complaining.
Pretty commercial gabber mix with nice kicks and there are so many more mixes like this out there.

Telling people you can't get hard is usually something men don't do. The buzzing kicks I have mentioned can be found all through that mix you put up. Soft as a soggy sao.

Good god you're right who in their right mind would post the status of their dick on a public forum, at least I knew better not to do so. Well I guess we have different ideas on what a buzzing kick/bassline is. Care to post an example of your ideal gabber kick so I can see where you're coming from.
EDIT: I had a listen to the mix you posted a second time and I see what you mean by the buzzing, I just had a different idea on what you meant by the buzzing. Despite the lack of "buzz" I still feel like the kick is missing something compared to some of the more recent gabber.

All things considered, this would be one of the most epic tracks ever created, though I know many consider Abandon to be the holder of that spot.
