I've seen a few hardcore podcasts floating around lately and I thought a podcast was a mix with the "dj" talking here & there, telling what tracks playing, a bit about the track where to get it, what label etc & generally a bit of news about hardcore. That's my perception of a hardcore podcast anyway, am I wrong on this?
Its just im also seeing a lot of "podcast's" & to me there just a mix....
No talk overs, just in simple terms a Dj mixing songs....Does this class as a podcast?
If anyone can clear it up for my me or add their views on this, much appreciated ;)

Personally I think it helps since it really is a great source on upcoming music. Although some people don't enjoy all the banter that goes around on some podcasts. Brisk & Fracus got a few complaints that they talk too much on their podcasts from time to time. Personally I thought it was hilarious. But also some people provide a tracklist of their podcasts too.

Podcasts are used by most people for talking right? If it was just mixed songs I'd rather call it a mix rather than a podcast (even on itunes)
