Generally, cookie is a sub-form of biscuits, but in Croatia biscuit is a sub-form of cakes, and neither cookies nor anything else are not sortable under biscuits.

Though, if Brisk is a cookie, and Scott brown is a biscuit, then how can Ham be a cucumber? I understand why that implies to Gammer being cornflakes, but I never understood the logic in Ham being a cucumber.

No he's not. Cornflakes can't be in the same equation as ham, unless logarithmed. And the fact that Breeze is green pepper makes it impossible.
