He's sending the tracks to the decks through Traktor and they are simulated on the vinyl, so the turntable can be moving and scratching the turntable effects the MP3's output. I think that's how it's done. I dont have a set up like that personally, I'm going on what a friend told me when he played at a local bar. Its done quite regularly, I think. I often see Ravine using his blue vinyl in this way.
