Love Mr Panda's sets. He has a few mixes on the radio here and used to have a live show on the radio here as well.
The track at 16:39: no idea sorry
Track at 22:08 is: Influx- Twisted
Track at 24:10 is: Douglas - FM-200 (S3RL Remix)
Also if you haven't already I would definitely check out his Live @ Robot Love mix on his soundcloud as well.

I know I've heard it somewhere. Just listened to all my Kevin Energy tracks (on my computer atleast) and it's not any of those, so I might be wrong :(
