Can anyone point me in the right direction of DJ friendly Trancecore?

I'm trying to build up an army of old skool, DJ friendly hardcore but struggling on the Trancecore side of things.

Be it old CDs that i could track down 2nd hand or mabey you've found some original stuff re-released digitally, let me know please. Cheers!

this CD will help you, my friend:

This is a Cd from 1999
It's a great collection of hits from Mark EG and Dj Sharkey back in the days.

Read the reviews here:
http://www.discogs.com/Sharkey-Mark-EG- ... ter/420667

I found Sharkey's mix very fast and packed with energy.
However I also found the songs would vary between solid and powerful all the way to incredibly cheesy. For instance Hard Like a Criminal is a fun, fast track; whereas Outta Control sounds like the music on a pinball game version of George Orwell's 1984. Actually, that makes Outta Control sound much cooler than it is.

Where Brainstorm really shines is Mark EG's mix. It's like a powerful journey. I've listened to the whole CD countless times, and even been able to use it to help me convert a friend over into the world of trance.

^ thats awesome! I already have both hysterias and hardcore innovaters, but didn't know about those others!

looks like like most of the music on them is stage 1000 stuff (stompin choonz/Xy2/Clued etc etc) all of which can be downloaded from justanotherlabels website
http://www.justanotherlabel.com/shop/;/digital/?p=1

but there are some on those cds that you won't find anywhere else digitally but on Cds. (sharkey - truth, for one!)

Found tons for my Retro Rush (95-01) mixes on JAL website, that Rowan linked above me. Check it out, cheap too. Dunno prices now but were like 0.42 some year ago.

Seriously? Buy it - it's one of the very best albums I've ever bought (three times over :$). Also, get Helter Skelter: Masters @ Work Vol. 1 for the Bunter & Ramos CD alone.

Most of the tracks are still sitting about. I know Bunter has the Bang the Future DATS and I've been badgering him to do something about them for ages .:( The 'Let the music' remix is golden :)

And I found out this week about various DJ's that have acquired the rights to various back-catalogues so there could still be hope....
