That's Hardcore at the usual speed in the middle of the 90's (I guess between 140 - 160 bpm). I noticed some of the old UK-tracks with a breakbeat were even slower. Even Gabber is faster today than years ago. Probably too much Makina and J-core damaged your sense of time. Don't be mad, because this happened to me as well when months after my return to Hardcore music I relistened to the normal Trance tracks on my PC I thought "what the hell... this is painfully slow!".
